- SEBI vide its order dated April 13, 2016 did not allow withdrawal of public offer made by Mr. Pramod Jain and Praniahi Holding Pvt. Ltd.( "the acquirers") vide public announcement dated November 12, 2009 for acquiring equity shares of the Company. The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated August 06, 2014 upheld the SEBI order.
Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its order dated November 07, 2016 has also upheld the SAT order dated August 06, 2016, the Board noted the same. |
