| Exchange Disseminated Time | Voltaire Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from August 5, 2015 till August 18, 2015 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on August 13, 2015 to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from August 5, 2015 to August 18, 2015 (both days inclusive).
