| Exchange Disseminated Time | IVP Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
"The matters referred in note 2 of the statement continue to be subject matter of qualification. The relevant amounts referred in note 2 (i) as at September 30, 2007 have not been determined by the management. Also, in respect of discontinuance of the manufacturing activities, no provision for impairment of assets has been made, as stated in note 2 (ii) of the statement, as required by Accounting Standard 28 - 'Impairment of Assets'." |
