| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayabharat Credit Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had intimated to BSE for the board meeting in respect of unaudited financial result for quarter ended June 30, 2014, scheduled to be held on August 14, 2014.
The Company has now informed BSE that the computer system has totally crashed and in spite of Company's best efforts, it has become impossible to restore the data required for the preparation of the Financial Statement and other relevant schedules as such the Company could not submit the Financial Result for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, the same will be submitted as soon as the system will restored. |
