| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cineline India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
2. To consider and sign the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchange (BSE Ltd) as per SEBI Circular dated October 13, 2015.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and as per the provisions of Section 195 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from January 30, 2016 till Forty-Eight hours after the date of Board Meeting.
