1. To acquire the 'Engineering Business' of Adroit Industries(lndia) Limited, a promoter group company on a going concern basis through the process of slump sale;
2. To consider the proposal for further issue of equity in one or more tranches, by way of private placement/ preferential allotment of equity shares, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company under Section 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 and subject to other provisions of applicable laws;
3. To decide the date time and venue of Extra-ordinary General meeting. |
