is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2018, inter alia, to consider and
approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from February 7, 2018 to February 14, 2018 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Unaudited Financial results of the Company. The trading window will open from February 19, 2018.
