1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 and the Balance Sheet as on that date and the Directors Report and the Auditors' Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Dr. Sanat Kaul, Mr. Deepak Premnarayen & Mr. K Ramachand, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Luthra & Luthra, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
