| Exchange Disseminated Time | Genus Paper & Boards Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve:
1. the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015; and
2. the Audited financial results (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed for all the specified person defined in the Code from May 23, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive), inter alia, for the purpose of taking on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015. |
