1. Appointment of Ms. Deepa Harris as an Independent Woman Director of the Company.
2. Appointment Mr. Dushyant Singh Sangar as Non Executive Director of the Company.
3. Resignation of Mr. John Abel, Non Executive Director of the Company and;
4. Appointment of Mr. John Abel as an Alternate Director to Mr. David Fischel, Non Executive Director of the Company. |
