| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sandesh Ltd has informed BSE that the Buyback Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (the 'Committee) at its meetings held on January 16, 2013 and February 18, 2013:
- Fixed the Buyback Entitlement Ratio for Small Shareholders as 2 Equity Shares out of every 5 fully paid-up Equity Shares held by such Small Shareholder as on the Record Date.
- Fixed the Buyback Entitlement Ratio for other shareholders as 3 Equity Shares out of every 10 fully paid-up Equity Shares held by such shareholder as on the Record Date. |
