Tata Communications Ltd has now informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016, if any.
Further, in terms of the Tata Communications Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the closure of the trading window for insiders has been extended till May 29, 2016. |
