| Exchange Disseminated Time | Esab India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Brendan Colgan has been appointed as a Non - Executive, Non - Retiring Nominee Director of ESAB Holdings Limited in the place of Mr. James R. Deeley as per Article 112 of the Articles of Association of the Company with effect from October 20, 2011.
Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Brendan Colgan has also been designated as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. James R Deeley as per Article 148 of the Articles of Association of the Company. Mr. James R. Deeley will cease to be a Director with effect from October 20, 2011. |
