Further, Pursuant to the provisions of Security and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insider" of the Company, it may also be noted that trading window for the purpose of transacting in the Company's share will remain closed from the date of Circulation of agenda of the Board Meeting among the Board of Directors of the Company and will continue till 24 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which any Price Sensitive Information is considered. |
