| Exchange Disseminated Time | Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following resolution;
1. Appointment of Mr. Neeraj Kumar as a Manager of the Company for a period commencing from December 11, 2011 to December 10, 2014, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. S. V. Deulkar, Practicing Company Secretary, to act as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
Duly completed the Postal Ballot form should reach in Scrutinizer on or before January 19, 2012. The result of the voting by Postal Ballot shall be announced by a Director of the Company on Saturday, January 21, 2012, at the Registered Office of the Company. |
