| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/03/2016 17:38:32 | Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2016, has considered and declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2016 as under:
1. At the rate of Rs.3.00/- (150%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each
2. In addition, a Special Dividend on account of 90th Anniversary of the Company at the rate of Rs.0.20 (10%) per equity share of Rs.2/- each.
The above would result in aggregate interim dividend of Rs.3.20 per share (160%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 5.00 p.m.
The interim dividend on Equity Shares will be paid on or after March 28, 2016. |
