| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news article appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Shyam Telecom to buy TIW's stake in Hexacom", Shyam Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that the Company holds 10% equity in Hexacom India Ltd. Telesystem (Mauritus) Pvt. Ltd [TIW(M)] one of the shareholders in Hexacom had received an offer from third party (Bharti Cellular Ltd) for purchase of its shares. In terms of the Shareholders Agreement of Hexacom, TIW(M) has sent a selling notice to the other shareholders against their first right of refusal. The Company (Shyam Telecom) has exercised its first right of refusal to acquire shares. The final shareholding of the Company in Hexacom will be known only upon the other shareholders exercising their first right of refusal and will be intimated upon the final closing of the deal.
