| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter / Nine months ended December 31, 2013.
Further the Company has informed that, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from February 04, 2014 to February 10, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. The trading window shall open for trading from February 11, 2014. |
