Can Fin Homes Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with its RTA M/s. Canbank Computer Services Ltd (CCSL) for renewal of RTA services for a further period of three years w.e.f. July 18, 2016 to July 17, 2019.

The said MOU was placed before the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 14, 2016 as per Regulation 7(6) of the said Regulations.
