| Exchange Received Time 27/12/2017 16:52:47 Exchange Disseminated Time 27/12/2017 16:52:56 Time Taken 00:00:09 | Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 29(3)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30th December, 2017 at the Business Centre, Hotel Jaypee Siddhartha, Rajendra Place, New Delhi- 110008, at 2.00 P.M., to inter-alia, consider and approve the proposal to be made to the holders of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), for conversion of Outstanding 7.5 Million FCCBs into fresh equity shares of the company, at such price and on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and approved by the Board of Directors.
Please take note that the Relevant Date as per 85(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations for the issue of shares for the Bonds will be December 30, 2017 and accordingly the floor price in respect of the aforesaid Bonds will be determined. |
