| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/11/2016 12:53:11 | Tarai Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, as per the “Code of conduct” adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the provisions of Section 195 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from November 08, 2016 till Forty eight hours after the date of Board Meeting i.e. November 14, 2016 for Directors, officers and Designated Employees and their immediate relatives. |
