| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Inga Capital Private Limited (the "Manager to the Offer") for and on behalf of Krisma Investments Private Limited ("Acquirer") has informed BSE regarding Open Offer for acquisition of Equity Shares of Greycells Education Ltd ("Target Company"), 20,56,006 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each per fully paid up equity shares representing 26% of Emerging Voting Capital ( as defined ) of the Target Company. The Offer Price is Rs. 10/- ( Rupees Ten Only) per fully paid up Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 2,05,60,060/- (Rupees Two Crore Five Lacs Sixty Thousand Sixty only).
