1. To approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended on September 30, 2016;
2. To fix the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to approve Notice, Directors Reports, etc.;
3. To fix date for closure of Register of Members & Share Transfer Books for the Annual General Meeting;
Further, in terms of the Code of Fair Disclosure & Conduct as framed by the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Indian Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from November 08, 2016 upto November 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
