| Exchange Disseminated Time | Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. The Unaudited financial results of the Company fox the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
2. The Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
3. Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 for the aforesaid standalone and consolidated financial results; and
4. Pursuant to Section 123 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board may consider the proposal to declare Interim Dividend for the nine months ended December 31, 2014 and notice therefore is hereby given as per Clause 19 of Listing Agreement.
Further, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from January 22, 2015 to February 02, 2015 (Both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors, Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members shall not involve in any transaction for purchase and/or sale of the equity shares of the Company during the period the Trading Window is closed.
