| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maral Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on November 26, 2008, inter alia, in pursuance of the
provisions of Section 23(1)(a)(ii) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA), the members do hereby note the fact of accumulated losses of the Company as on March 31, 2008 being more than 50% of its peak net worth during the immediately preceding four financial years, including causes for such losses and that the said fact be reported by the Board of Directors of the Company to Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction. |
