| Exchange Received Time 28/09/2017 15:45:45 Exchange Disseminated Time 28/09/2017 15:45:49 Time Taken 00:00:04 | With reference to your mail dated September 12, 2017 from rakesh.parekh@bseindia.com regarding discrepancies in financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 & following queries were raised in notice which are as follows:
1. Financial Result submitted in PDF file is not as per IND-AS Format. Submit revised Financial results in PDF file on BSE Listing centre in accordance with Schedule III format of Companies Act, 2013 (Refer SEBI circular Ref. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 (Point 2.1 and 2.4 & also note that Number of column of the result should be as per SEBI Regulations.) - (Standalone Result)
2. Limited Review Report not submitted for Unaudited Results require to submit the same. - (Consolidated Result)
3. Financial Result submitted in PDF file is not as per IND-AS Format. In view of the above we are re-submitting the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 after correcting the above mentioned discrepancies.
