1. To consider and recommend raising of funds by way of offer/issue of Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures.
2. To consider and recommend Subdivision of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each into shares of lower value.
3. To consider and recommend revision in managerial remuneration of Managing Director and Whole-time Director of the Company.
Further, with reference to the Code of Conduct of the Company formed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect for all Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available. |
