| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cubex Tubings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2006, has approved and passed the following resolutions for the allotment of:
1. 8,25,000 equity shares @ Rs 48/- (face value of Rs 10/- with a premium of Rs 38/-) to the persons other than promoters.
2. 8,80,000 warrants @ Rs 48/- (to be converted into equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- with a premium of Rs 38/- within 18 months from the date of allotment) to the person other than promoters.
3. 6,25,000 warrants @ Rs 48/- (to be converted into equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- with a premium of Rs 38/- within 18 months from the date of allotment) to the promoters. |
