1. Re-appointed Mr. M B Raju as Executive Chairman for a period of 5 years from April 01, 2017, subject to approval of shareholders.
2. Re-appointed Ms. P Parvathi as Managing Director for a period of 5 years from April 01, 2017, subject to approval of shareholders.
3. Noted that new railway siding linking the Cement Plant with the existing Vishnupuram-Janpahad Railway line has become operational and first cement rake was dispatched on February 08, 2017. |
