1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statement along with auditor's report thereon for the year ended on March 31, 2017.
2. To Consider and approve the Audited Financial Result for the quarter/year ended on March 31, 2017.
3. To recommend the payment of Dividend on Equity Shares for the year 2016-17.
4. To recommend the payment of Dividend on Preference Shares for the year 2016-17.
Further pursuant to the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India and Fair Disclosure Code for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the “trading window” for trading in the shares of the company by directors, officers, designated employees and connected persons (including dependents and immediate relatives), shall remain closed from May 19, 2017 to the closing business hours on May 29, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
