1. Resignation of Mr. Dilip R. Patodia from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company & appointed Mr. Harshad Adatiya as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Appointed Mr. Prasad Deokar as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from October 01, 2014.
3. Board of Directors of the Company has discussed regarding the appointment of Mr. Dilip R. Patodia as Joint Managing Director of the Company as approved in the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company & decided to keep the appointment of Mr. Dilip R. Patodia on hold till open offer get completed. |
