Arun Dua & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of retiring auditors M/s. N. K. Goel & Co., Chartered Accountants., who did not wish to seek re-appointment for the financial year 2009-10.
The appointed auditors, M/s. Arun Dua & Co., have duly confirmed their eligibility in terms of Section 224(1B) of the Companies Act. |
