| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 and to approve the merger of M/s. Glass Equipment (India) Ltd. and M/s. Quality Minerals Ltd. with the Company.
Further the Company has informed that, the Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from February 01, 2014 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 and proposed merger of M/s. Glass Equipment (India) Ltd and M/s. Quality Minerals Ltd with the Company.
The Trading Window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company and decision of the Board on aforesaid merger. |
