| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/08/2016 15:02:19 | Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the authority granted by the Board of Directors of the Company at this meeting on August 19, 2016 to the Bond Issue Committee of the Board, in respect of the Public Issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures and Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) having face value of Rs. 1,000 each for an amount of Rs. 35,000 Million with an option to retain over-subscription up to Rs. 35,000 Million for issuance of additional NCDs aggregating up to Rs. 70,000 Million, hereinafter referred to as the (“Issue”), the Bond Issue Committee of the Board had at its meeting held on August 19, 2016, has approved the Draft Prospectus in connection with the Issue; and has approved the submission of the copies of the Draft Prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”), BSE Limited (“BSE”) (the Designated Stock Exchange), NSE and to such other authorities and persons as may be necessary under the applicable rules, laws and guidelines and to display the same on the websites of the Lead Managers concerned as also that of the Company.
The said NCDs shall be listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. |
