1. The Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 together with the Director's and Auditor's report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Rajendra Kumar Choudhary as Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Naresh Kumar Choudhary as Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. Raman S. Shah & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
5. Authority to Board of Directors to utilize the IPO proceeds to serve working capital requirements of the Company and general corporate purposes notwithstanding anything contrary mentioned in the draft red herring prospectus, red herring prospectus or prospectus. |
