| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/08/2016 12:39:10 | Polyplex Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2016, have decided to acquire entire equity stake in its step down wholly owned subsidiary company viz. Peninsula Beverages and Foods Company Private Limited, India (non-material subsidiary) from Company’s wholly owned subsidiary viz. Polyplex (Asia) Pte. Limited, Singapore.
With the aforesaid acquisition of entire equity stake, Peninsula Beverages and Foods Company Private Limited, India will become direct wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. |
