1. Dr. Surajit Mitra has been appointed as Part-time Official Director on the Board of the Company vide Presidential Order dated March 06, 2007, until further orders with effect from March 06, 2007.
2. Shri. K Kipgen has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of the Company vide Presidential Order dated June 26, 2007, for a period of three years with effect from June 26, 2007 or until further orders whichever is earlier.
3. Shri. S K Kampasi, Group General Manager (Finance), has been appointed as Director (Finance), of the Company, vide Presidential Order dated July 12, 2007, for a period of five years with effect from July 12, 2007, or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. |
