The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 718.60 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 as compared to Rs. 600.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. Total Income has increased from Rs. 782.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 to Rs. 971.00 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.

The Group has posted a net profit of Rs. 4411.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 3159.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 22238.00 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 16484.60 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.
During the current half year, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd has transferred surplus in the Policyholders' revenue based on its audited interim financial statements and to the extent permissible as per the applicable regulations, to the shareholders' account as against the past practice of transferring such surplus at the close of the financial year. Consequently, the numbers for the corresponding periods are not comparable. |
