1. To consider, the recommendation for issue of bonus shares to the existing shareholders of the Company.
2. To fix the records date for the purpose of distribution of Bonus Shares.
3. To change the registered office of the Company.
4. To take on record the unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for Third Quarter ended March, 2011.
5. To authorize one of the Director of the Company for carrying out the above.
