| Exchange Disseminated Time 23/10/2015 17:14:53 | L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 2,96,499 (Two Lakh Ninety Six Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Nine) Equity Shares at its meeting held on October 23, 2015 to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the L&T Finance Holdings Limited ESOP Scheme-2010.
The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. |
