| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:
- Consideration and approval the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
Further, as per Code of Internal Procedure and conduct on Insider Trading for Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the "Trading window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, designated employees and officers of the Company from July 27, 2015 to August 02, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window will be opened from August 03, 2015. |
