1. Ms. Neera Saggi has been appointed as an Independent Director.
2. Mr. Gaurav Manoher Negi who is Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed as Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer.
3. Mr. Ravi Kumar Krishnamurthy has been appointed as Whole-time Director.
