1. To consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2014 and Statement of Profit & Loss for the year ended on that date.
2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, in respect of the Financial year 2013-2014.
3. To approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014.
4. To consider and approve other corporate reports forming part of the forthcoming Annual Report 2013-14.
Further, Trading Window shall remain closed from the May 20, 2014 to May 23, 2014 till the results are published. |
