Electrosteel Castings Ltd has now informed BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Settlement of Administrative and Civil Proceedings) Regulations, 2014, the Company has on August 10, 2016 filed a consent application with SEBI in connection with the aforesaid SEBI Order. The consent application filed is neither admission nor denial of the findings of facts and conclusions of law as detailed/alleged in the aforesaid SEBI Order. |
