- To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2015.
Further, in this context trading window in respect of Company’s Securities shall remain closed for all Directors / Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours i.e., from February 03, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company (i.e. upto February 12, 2016) for the Third Quarter Ended on December 31, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-16. |
