| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/08/2016 18:49:33 | Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on August 10, 2016 has decided to defer the approval of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2016 in view of implementation of the Companies (Ind AS) Rules, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated July 05, 2016 and its impact on the financials.
The Board of Directors after due deliberation decided to reconsider the financial result for the quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2016 and accordingly advised it to be placed before next meeting of Board of Directors to be decided later on but before September 14, 2016 as per the above circular.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2:30 p.m. and concluded at 5:55 p.m. |
