| Exchange Disseminated Time | Minda Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the date of Board Meeting of the Company, will be held on August 10, 2015, to consider and take on records the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
In this connection, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / designated employees of the Company from August 03, 2015 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on August 10, 2015.
