Andhra Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 17, 2013 to August 26, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 26, 2013.

The dividend warrants dated September 02, 2013 in respect of the dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 26, 2013, will be posted to the eligible shareholders from September 04, 2013 onwards.
