| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/11/2016 10:21:45 | Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on November 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 as per Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) in terms of SEBI Circular dated July 05,2016.
Further, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 for all Specified Persons from November 18, 2016 to November 17, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the specified persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities or deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
