1. Mr. Tomizo Nakaya, Director resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from October 18, 2007.
2. Mr. Waichiro Ijiri was appointed as Director of the Company with effect from October 18, 2007, to fill the casual vacancy caused due to cessation of Mr. Tomizo Nakaya as Director of the Company.
3. Mr. Shinichi Takeuchi, Director resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from October 18, 2007.
4. Mr. Tsuneo Kobayashi was appointed as Director of the Company with effect from October 18, 2007, to fill the casual vacancy caused due to cessation of Mr. Shinichi Takeuchi as Director of the Company. |
